Dr. Cidav is a health services researcher with interests in the application of economic analysis to health policy and practice; planning and evaluating health services, programs, and interventions; incorporating health economics into health services research; and understanding the impact of health policy and practice on access to, utilization and costs of health care services. In her main line of research, she studies patterns of organization, financing and delivery of healthcare services to persons with psychiatric and developmental disabilities. She has a PhD degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
